What Can You Eat for Dinner on the Daniel Fast?

Dinner options on the Daniel Fast are practically limitless when cooking at home. The key is to ensure the meals stay within the guidelines for the Daniel Fast. Specifically, your meals should be prepared from whole plant foods, in or close to their most natural state. These meals are devoid of all animal products, including meat, poultry, fish/seafoodeggs, and dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt, butter, etc.). The Daniel Fast also excludes sweeteners such as agave, maple syrup, stevia, among others. Finally, I recommend avoiding oil—even olive oil, because it’s both processed and contributes to weight gain.
